YOGA IN THE IBN RUSHD-GOETHE MOSQUE
The yoga classes are currently running in a closed group due to COVID-19. If you have any questions or are interested, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org!
Far away from competitive thoughts and performance, we meet every two weeks to listen to our bodies and to give ourselves what we often do not come to during the week: ease, acceptance and introspection. The 60 minute yoga class is suitable for everyone.
Our yoga teacher Lea finished her yoga teacher training in March 2017 in Kerala, South India. There she was privileged to be taught by Indian teachers who devote their entire lives to yoga and its philosophy. Since then she has taught in various studios and facilities in Würzburg, Berlin and Cairo and has always been committed to making yoga accessible to everyone – not just to preach unity, but to work for it.
If possible, please bring a yoga mat. We ask for a donation of 5 €.
CURRENTLY CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19!
BRUNCH IN THE IBN RUSHD-GOETHE MOSQUE (EVERY 1.+2. SUNDAY OF THE MONTH)
It has now become a cherished tradition: we cordially invite you to a joint brunch in the Ibn Rushd-Goethe Mosque. Everyone brings something with them, then the table is amply covered. We are happy to provide the bread.
